Administrator: Robert P. Arnold

Bob is a licensed nursing home administrator with 27 years of experience in health care and hospital administration. He holds an MBA from Baruch College/Mt.Sinai College of Medicine.

Director of Admissions: Juanita Vitale

Juanita helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She has 15 years of experience in health care marketing and public relations, and understands the concerns of families seeking solutions for short and long- term care. Juanita is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.

Director of Nursing Services: Letty Chua

Letty Chua is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 25 years of experience in nursing and has worked in many capacities in the nursing department. She holds a B.S. in nursing. Areas of special expertise include wound care, hospice care and restraint reduction.

Rehabilitation Director: Sheri Dubiner, MA, CCC/SLP

Sheri Dubiner coordinates the rehabilitation services for the subacute patients and the long term residents at Hamilton Plaza Nursing and Rehab Center and Park Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. She and her in-house therapy staff provide the highest level of physical, occupational and speech services. The Rehab team strives to help each patient achieve their highest level of functioning and independence. Mrs. Dubiner, a two-time graduate of The College of New Jersey, has over 18 years of experience working with the adult and geriatric populations.

Social Workers: Patty Fentin, CSW and Lisa Westreich, LCSW.

Hamilton Plaza utilizes the skills of two exceptional Social Workers: Patty Fentin, CSW and Lisa Westreich, LCSW. Both have many years of experience in Nursing and Rehab Centers and have had their Social Work training at Rutgers and Columbia Universities respectively.
