Meet the Hamilton Plaza team

Administrator: Robert P. Arnold

Bob is a licensed nursing home administrator with 27 years of experience in health care and hospital administration. He holds an MBA from Baruch College/Mt.Sinai College of Medicine.

Director of Admissions and Marketing: Juanita Payne

Juanita joined Hamilton Plaza March 12, 1997. She has worked in healthcare, marketing and public relations for the last 25 years. She has a degree in education from the University of Puerto Rico and for many years worked as an elementary school teacher. In 2005 she received her certificate as an Assisted Living Administrator. Juanita helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She understand their concerns and assist them in seeking solutions for short and long- term care. Juanita is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.

Director of Nursing Services: Letty Chua

Letty Chua is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 25 years of experience in nursing and has worked in many capacities in the nursing department. She holds a B.S. in nursing. Areas of special expertise include wound care, hospice care and restraint reduction.

Clinical Liaison: Yiselle M Martin

Yiselle joined Hamilton Plaza in September of 2011. She graduated from NJCU with a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Yiselle started working in healthcare her freshman year in high school, and has held roles as an Admissions coordinator to a Clinical Liaison. Yiselle and her family live in Northern New Jersey where she also grew up. Yiselle enjoys taking long road trips and doing lots of outdoor activities with her family.

Rehabilitation Director: Priscilla Miller

Priscilla Miller has been a Physical Therapist just short of 40 years and has touched all phases of the profession from working with babies in early intervention, acute rehab, care for multiple handicapped children and adults, hospital work, long-term care, outpatient and her real niche - sub acute care. She has four wonderful children and a husband with his own sucessful business. Priscilla states, "It has been my pleasure to add to the betterment of all I have touched".

Social Services Director: Cindy Gross, LSW

Cindy graduated from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York, with a Masters degree. Her previous work experience includes, Montifore Hospital in the Bronx, and most recently, she worked for St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic, before coming to Hamilton Plaza as the Director of Social Service. Cindy lives in Bergen County with her husband and two children.
