Special Outings
This program makes it possible for residents to enjoy outings into the community for recreation, dining and shopping. Our schedule includes special trips to visit attractions like the local zoo, gardens, and cinema. Our fully- equipped, wheelchair-accessible van makes these outings possible for many of our residents.

Purr-fectly Content
Medical researchers have proven that interacting with friendly animal companions can bring remarkable health benefits. At Hamilton Plaza, we are fortunate to have two friendly cats living with us -- Lady and Jose. Most of our residents enjoy the companionship provided by these gentle creatures. We also encourage families to bring in their pets to visit their loved ones who are staying at Hamilton Plaza.

Restorative Dining Program
Good nutrition is critical for seniors and convalescents. At Hamilton Plaza, we help residents stay healthy with our restorative dining program. This program unites our rehab team, nursing staff and dietary department to help residents achieve an independent, nourishing dining experience, using adaptive equipment when needed.
