When someone we love

approaching the end-of-life,
our
most fervent wish is that they
be
allowed to die with
peace
and dignity.
An integral part of our center’s mission is the compassionate care of persons who are terminally ill.
Hamilton Plaza provides palliative and end-of-life hospice care for families. We utilize a wonderful hospice group which partners with our staff and physician to develop a specific care plan and pain management program for each resident. Clergy persons and social workers are available to help with spiritual and grief counseling throughout the hospice period. Families may also stay overnight and share meals with their loved ones at the center
