Administrator: Robert P. Arnold

Robert P. Arnold is a licensed nursing home administrator with 27 years of experience in health care and hospital administration. He holds an MBA from Baruch College/Mt.Sinai College of Medicine.
 

Director of Admissions: Juanita Vitale

Juanita Vitale helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She has 15 years of experience in health care marketing and public relations, and understands the concerns of families seeking solutions for short and long- term care. Juanita is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.
 

Director of Nursing: Letty Chua

Letty Chua is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 25 years of experience in nursing and has worked in many capacities in the nursing department. She holds a B.S. in nursing. Areas of special expertise include wound care, hospice care and restraint reduction.

Director of Social Services: Annette Prager

Annette Prager is dedicated to the welfare of each resident at Hamilton Plaza. She is versed in patient rights and other issues of importance to residents and their families. Annette is a graduate of Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She has been working in senior adult healthcare communities since 1992. She holds both an LSW and an MSW. She is an active promoter of programs for seniors in the community and in our center.
